OBAMA-NOMICS 101: Spread the Wealth or Spare the Change?

The American people are hopefully starting to realize that Sen. Obama has not a clue to how the economy works. In fact, he has no idea how success works outside of his own enchanted story. Somehow, because McCain is not an expert on the economy, Obama is an expert by default? That’s exactly what a lot of people in this country are mistaken about. They think guilt by association is invalid, but expert by default is legitimate? What they don’t realize is that Barrack Obama has no economic experience whatsoever. None. I don't claim to be an expert on economics, but I will claim an expertise in logic. It’s why I have a hard time understanding that Barack Obama, with all of his drive and motivation, cannot recognize the power of incentive; he doesn’t.

Barack, as smart as he may be, cannot comprehend a simple fact: The majority of Americans need to look no further than the end of their arm for a helping hand. This country was founded on determination, courage, and overcoming odds. Sen. Obama has spent a great portion of his life in Chicago’s downtrodden neighborhoods preaching, “The odds are too high to overcome on your own, and I’m here to help.” He has spent half of his life in a church that preaches, “The odds are too high, everyone is against you, and everyone hates you.” Are these people really stuck in the ghetto as they think, or are they just afraid to leave? I wouldn’t want to leave either if I grew up hearing that propaganda. That doesn’t sound like hope to me. Has Barrack and his buddies helped people advance their lives, or have they helped people stay put? I haven't seen Barack or his pastor write one success story besides their own. Who’s really holding who down?

He spent his early years raising funds and throwing money at people in need. What they really needed was honesty, opportunity, and a chance - not a check or false promises of hope. I’ve given money to a particular homeless man sitting outside of my local liquor store. This same man is always there the next day. Have I helped him? Yes. I’ve helped him stay in the exact same spot. There’s a clear difference between actually helping someone as opposed to helping someone remain in the same circumstance. Handouts, or “spreading the wealth” as the Senator calls it, provide no foundation for progression or success. The only thing it provides is “hope” that the same generous person will stop by the liquor store tomorrow and spare more “change.” You can give a man a fish and feed him for a day. You can teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Barrack Obama does not understand this concept in the very least. Once again, what’s lacking? Incentive.

Barrack Obama has spent his whole life serving and sacrificing in the public sector. Where are the results of his service and sacrifice? He sees successful people in the “greedy” private sector, and it baffles him. It baffles him because he’s never worked in the private sector, and the private sector makes up the majority of this country. Who’s out of touch now? I wish I got paid to sit on a board and hand out money. It explains why he probably wonders, “How can the private sector be so selfish?” We’re not selfish. We work for money that people give us by choice. Meanwhile, Barrack works for tax money that people give to him by force. If only we could all be senators. Funny enough, that's sort of the idea behind a representative democracy.

This country didn’t grow on the public sector and greed was never the seed. This country was built and birthed by the mother of incentive. Incentive is opportunity made more tempting by the contrast of your current circumstance. So why should we end incentive and dreams at $250,000? The American dream should be endless.

Here’s an interesting question: Besides election year, how much time has the community organizer spent in middle class communities? How can he understand success when he has spent all his time where there is little? Barrack Obama is the one who “doesn’t get it.” I understand why he thinks that everyone in this country needs government help; it’s because he has spent his life in a place where a good portion of the people get government help. And when the intended results don’t come to fruition, he thinks that they need even more help. When that doesn’t work, he wants to give them hope? Instead of giving hope, maybe Obama should have some faith. These people are just as able to make lives for themselves and a success of their own if the government and Barrack Obama would just let them help themselves. Where’s the faith, Barack? Instead of preaching, maybe Barrack should lead by example. After all, he’s pretty successful himself.

“Spread the wealth,” he says. He’s insinuating that he’ll take some of your money that you’ve earned and give it to someone who wasn’t capable of earning it. Think about baseball. I wish politics and government more often mirrored the reality and logic of sports. It doesn’t focus on race, religion, or income when decisions are made. It focuses on capability and results. For example, let’s use Manny Ramirez of the Dodgers and Cory Patterson of the Reds. (Who’s Cory Patterson you ask? He’s one of the MLB’s worst hitters. No offense Cory, but you’re my example). Manny has a great batting average. If you looked at Corey’s average, it’s not pretty. Obviously, Manny gets to play more and can demand a better contract with better teams than Corey. Is this fair? Not in Mr. Obama’s eyes. He would propose that we “spread the wealth” because Corey’s circumstance is unfortunate. Let’s take some of Manny’s well earned hits and give them to Corey so his batting average increases; then Corey will have better chance at playing more and negotiating a bigger contract. Who’s going to pay the extra money for a bigger contract to a guy with inflated stats? Well let’s take some of Manny’s contract money to pay for Corey’s new contract. After all, Manny can afford to give a little more.

Do you see the problem with this? Instead of Corey wanting to spend more time in the batting cages, why do the work when he can just be assigned the extra stats to boost his average? His incentive to better himself has been substituted for a helping hand. On the other hand, Manny starts asking himself why he’s working so hard when his success is being taken away and distributed. Manny no longer needs to put in the extra effort or time because when his batting average drops someone with a better average will be forced to share their stats and money. Does this idea promote hard work and success? Does this idea advance incentive, broken records, and accomplishments previously unimaginable? It sponsors nothing but a boring, lackluster baseball game. Who wants to watch that? But at least it’s fair, right?

It’s not that the real world doesn’t work like this. It’s that America doesn’t work like this. It’s the reason America has grown to be the most powerful and successful country in the history of the world. To quote his greatness, Joe the Plumber, “Our poor people have cell phones. Their poor people have pants and a t-shirt.” The difference is not coincidence.

Call my baseball example ridiculous, but what’s even more ridiculous is that Obama wants to implement his helping hand of fairness on the American population. Call him well intentioned if you like. Well intentions are no excuse for a track record of failure – socialism. He would rather be fair than rewarding. Losing is a part of winning. You can’t fully understand what it’s like to win if you’ve never lost. Obama doesn’t understand that Americans would rather win and lose than just constantly end in a tie.

Barack has been parading all around this great land of ours telling us how weak we are, how troubled we are, and how we need his help and hope. This is the same country that beat the British twice, abolished slavery ourselves, over came a Great Depression, and gave all we had to win two world wars. This is America. So excuse me Senator when I say, "We do not need your help." We pride ourselves on successful decisions and pay a costly price for the bad ones. Accountability is key and results matter. Sen. Obama’s helping hand is not laying out a safety net; he’s laying out a trap. This is the same trap that has resulted in the same vicious circle of economic complacency that haunts his neighborhoods. Stop helping and stop hoping. Hope is something you do when you haven’t put in the work. If you’ve really put in the work, then you don’t have to hope – you have faith.

The majority of Americans need to look no further than the end of their arm for a helping hand. It's been proven time and time again. Instead of giving Americans a handout, give incentive. Instead of giving incentive to the poor, Barack Obama is giving incentive to the rich. He’s giving them the incentive to pickup our jobs and leave. At that point, how much hope can he give us if we only have spare change to give his helping hand? You may not make over $250,000, but your employer does. If incentive drove people to this great country, it can just as easily drive them out.

The Obama Puzzle Piece No One Is Talking About

The Obama camp has been playing a song at their rallies on the campaign trail. The song is “Won’t Get Fooled Again” by The Who. They’re insinuating that McCain is nothing but a third Bush term and that Americans won’t get fooled again. I’m a big fan of The Who. In fact, one of my favorite songs is, “Who Are You?”

Who is the real Barack Obama? It's hard to tell whether he's the hope-inspiring candidate for the future or a threat to an unassuming nation with his shady and nefarious past. He's young, handsome, eloquent, charismatic, and genuine when taken on face value. On the contrary, his associations and history are anything but that. Barack and his supporters claim he is one thing when his past points towards another. Obama’s past is one thing, but his most chilling and contemporary association has yet to be unveiled.

As constituents and handlers try to paint a picture of what Barack stands for, the rest of us are busy trying to put together a puzzle of who Barack really is. The puzzle pieces we have so far include Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Tony Rezko, William Ayers & Bernadine Dohrn, Franklin Raines, and many more.

You probably already know about all these people. Who you probably don’t know about yet is the biggest puzzle piece of them all, and no one is talking about this person. He is not only Barack’s most current and recent association, but in my opinion, he is the scariest association of all: Raila Odinga.

Why haven’t you heard about Raila Odinga? Odinga is the one Obama association that does not live in America; in fact, he lives in Kenya.

Who is Raila Odinga?

Raila Odinga was educated in East Germany where he adopted strong communist values. He even named his first son after Fidel Castro. Odinga was arrested and jailed after the 1982 Soviet-backed coupe in Kenya. He later became Kenya’s prime minister.

In 2007, Raila Odinga was the presidential candidate for the socialist Orange Democratic Movment in Kenya. During the campaign, Odinga signed an agreement with the Muslim leaders of Kenya to implement and enforce Islamic (Sharia) law throughout all of Kenya if he won. Odinga lost the election in December of 2007 to the sitting president, Mwai Kibaki. Odinga claimed that Kibaki fraudulently won the presidency even though international observers and diplomats present at the vote count testified that the process was fair and free.

Angered by his unsuccessful bid for president, Odinga and his supporters incited protests and riots in January 2008 that have led to an ongoing Christian genocide. Among the various regions in the country overwhelmed with violence, one town saw women and children rounded up and forced into their church only to be burned alive. Over 255,000 people have been forced to flee their homes as of this year.

You may hear Barack talk about the genocide and deplorable violence in Darfur, but why not the atrocities in Kenya? After all, Barack’s father was Kenyan and his stepbrother George Hussein Obama still lives there among many other Obama family members. The truth is that there is a connection between Raila Odinga and Barack Obama. You may ask, “What’s the connection between Obama and Odinga?” It’s the biggest piece of the Obama puzzle.

Barack Obama campaigned for Raila Odinga in 2006. As an acting United States Senator, Barack Obama flew to Kenya in 2006 to campaign for Odinga’s presidential bid. As late as the New Hampshire primary this year, Barack and Raila were talking via cell phone on campaign strategy. Raila Odinga claims that he and Barack are cousins, and that Barack’s father is his uncle. Whether this is true or not, it is a fact that Barack and Raila are both of the same Luo tribe. The Luo tribe is a minority tribe, which makes up a good portion of Kenya’s 10% Muslim population. For the record, Odinga claims to be a Christian of the Anglican sect. Obama’s direct relation to Odinga has not been confirmed, but Barack’s campaign for Odinga has.

William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn may have been terrorists in the 1960s, but Raila Odinga is a terrorist as late as 2008.

Below is a video compilation put together of Obama’s travels with Odinga by someone on You Tube. Before you watch this, understand that this is our responsibility. It is our responsibility to make so much noise about the Obama Odinga connection that the main stream media has no other choice but to cover this.

We need to forward this video to all our friends and family whether they are republican, democrat, independent, or even if they have no interest in politics at all! We need to call talk radio and email every newspaper editor. We need bumper stickers and freeway overpass banners that say, “You Tube: Obama Odinga.”

This country was formed by the people; for the people - and it is about to be taken away from the people. It is OUR responsibility to make sure that every educated voter knows who they are actually voting for and more importantly… what they are about to vote for. No other election in American history has ever been as important as this one. We have 23 days and counting. If you have done anything for this election, your time is now. Cease the little time we have left. We can do this. Our time is now!

Make this known!! "YOU TUBE: OBAMA ODINGA"
